TICKET MOVES
RULES & CONDITIONS
Ticket Holders are allowed to move their tickets Once during an event in order to deal with an emergency, weather issues, and/or other considerations. Tickets will not be moved more than once for any reason!
Note: The only exception to this is if Sandy Hill cancels the date that the tickets were moved to due to weather issues. In this case, the tickets can be moved again without paying an additional Move Fee.
Any Move Request must be made before the date/time listed on the original tickets passes. In other words, once the date/time listed on the original tickets passes without a Move Request, the Tickets are Voided and can’t be moved.
The potential dates/times that Tickets can be moved to will depend on how far in advance of the original scheduled date/time the Move Request is made.
-
Move Requests that are made at least 12 hours before the original scheduled date/time on the Tickets, will be open to move to any available future date/time. These moves will be made using a Voucher that is sent to the Ticket Holder. This will allow them to reschedule their own Tickets.
-
Move Requests that are made between the scheduled date/time on the original Tickets and 12 hours before the scheduled date/time, will be severely limited in terms of the dates/times that they can be moved to. Sandy Hill Customer Service will provide the available dates that the tickets could be moved to.
Ticket Move Fee
All Ticket Moves will be subject to a Ticket Move Fee of $5.00 Per Ticket to cover the cost of moving the Tickets. This Fee is new in 2024-2025. It must be paid prior to any Move being made.
